RRPG LIFE TIME WARRANTY!!

Our TBEL's, Pedals, Signal Switchers and RRPG Cables are covered by our fantastic Life Time Warranty against defects in workmanship!

All parts used are covered for 1 year. RRPG Pedal Boards are covered for 1 year. Empty Enclosures and DIY Parts and Kits are not covered but are guaranteed to be in new and excellent condition when shipped.

Our warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, shipping, failure to use the product for it's intended use, normal usage wear and tear. Products that qualify for warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced product back to the original owner. The owner is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to RRPG.

Before sending any product in for warranty please email us so we can assess the situation, we may be able to correct the issue through correspondence.
