There are two very good reasons why you should have one of these...

For your AMP:
Run this in your amps effects loop and you have an instant Master Volume Control placed right after your preamp section. You can crank your preamp to get that wonderful tube distortion and keep the output volume down by adjusting the RRPG Volume Box. it is really amazing what this can do for your amps sound.

For your GUITAR:
Ever notice how some effects pedals, especially ODs and Distortions sound way better when they're cranked... tighter, crisper and more responsive to your playing. The only problem is output volume, way too loud to control. That's where our Mini Volume Box comes in, use it as a secondary volume control for your effects pedals, plug it in before or after the effect pedal to adjust the output volume of the effect. There will be a difference in sound depending on where you place the Volume Box, experimentation is always best!

Another option is to place it as the last device in your signal chain, then you can adjust the overall volume going into the amp. Keep the volume low on the Volume Box and crank your amp!

This pedal is hand built, point-to-point wired and a completely passive design. Our standard pot value is 100k Analog Taper, if you require a different value of Pot for your setup let us know, I'm sure we can help you out.
