For all other parts of the world please ask for a shipping quote, we will do our best to discount the actual shipping charges.

We will have your order built and ready to ship within 2 weeks of receiving payment unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

Estimated shipping time: Canada - 3 to 8 business days.

USA - 5 to 12 business days (Air Shipped - Canada Post/USPS "Small Package Air" - no tracking #)
Large size pedals, pedal boards and combined orders bound for the USA will be shipped by Canada Post/USPS Expedited and may take slightly longer in transit depending on your location.

Overseas - 2 to 6 weeks (Air Shipped - Canada Post "Small Package Air" - no tracking #)
All overseas shipments must go by air service, we have found that surface shipping takes too long..

We so strongly believe in our products that we offer a 7 day evaluation period. If the product you have selected is not to your satisfaction, simply email us to let us know then return it to get a full refund (minus shipping costs). Our only request is that the product and packaging must be in brand new condition if you wish to return it.
