Lizard Leg Effects is a small, family owned, custom pedal manufacturer in Gonzales, LA. All of our pedals are built by hand, one at a time, as they are ordered so we can customize your pedal the way you want it. All of the circuit work, soldering, builds and designs are done by me, Steve, while my wife, Brandi, does all of the graphics on the pedals. Our son, John, helps out with packaging the pedals for shipping and keeping the shop clean.

As for the company name - The "Lizard" part comes from my wife and I having a very strong interest in lizards - we even have a four foot metal sculpture of one on our living room wall. The "Leg" part is due to the fact that I am a below knee amputee and have a really good sense of humor in regards to jokes about my leg.
