A quick bio...

During my 30 plus years as a guitarist I've had the amazing opportunity to play with a staggering number of guitars, amps and effects, so I consider myself a hands on, real world expert in guitar gear. Majored in electronics back in the day, played on the road for many years, worked as a session player, recorded a few albums and I am currently working on a solo album. I am still very much involved in the music scene.

I am a huge tone freak and truly enjoy playing with guitar pedals but the biggest problem with most guitar effects pedals is that they are not true bypass. What does this mean? Well, it means a lot, if your pedals are not true bypass your guitar signal is still being sent through part of the circuit in each pedal you have plugged in, each circuit is taking away some of your original signal, in other words, you are losing the tone and volume of your favorite guitar and amp when the effects are off and remain in your signal chain. The best solution to eliminate this problem is to use our True Bypass Effect Loopers. A Road Rage True Bypass Switching System will keep the pedals out of your chain until you need them. The difference in your sound is incredible!

We experimented by building several concepts of true bypass switching, trying different wire, jacks, enclosures, etc.. When we got the wiring and components to the point where it sounded the most transparent, we thought it would be shame just to use the same old style of enclosures so we set out to design our own. After an extremely long time and an unwavering dedication to our vision, we came up with what we consider the best built and the coolest looking Loopers, A/B's, DIY Boxes and Kits.
